bexio Go

Main features:
* Get an overview and quick access to the most common used features right from the dashboard

* Check your invoices: Check details and the status of your invoices directly on your smartphone (needs an active internet connection)

* Track times on the Go (for «Pro» and «Pro+» packages): Track stopwatch-, duration- and From/To times directly on your phone

* Simple document processing: Scan receipts, invoices. When the documents have been uploaded, you can book them or attach them to existing documents and contacts. If a QR invoice is being uploaded via bexio Go, a bill with all contents is being created automatically.
Of course you can also scan other documents like contracts, business cards etc. and upload them directly to bexio.

* Manage and access contacts on the go: Create, edit and contact your bexio contacts directly in the app (by call, e-mail or SMS) or view additional information such as location, website, comments, etc


Important notes:

! Please note that this app can only be used with a bexio account.

! The app needs to access the camera and picture gallery of your phone in order to take pictures for document processing.

! bexio Go also works without an internet connection. In case there is no internet connection available, collected data can be uploaded easily at a later time to bexio,.

! If certain functions of bexio Go are not available to you, please ask your bexio administrator to authorise these features for your bexio user account (missing permissions for your user in bexio itself) or the function is not part of your current package.

! The previous bexio-apps «Scanner» and «Kontakte» were fully replaced with bexio Go. They continue to work without any issues, but you can’t download them from the app stores anymore and they won’t receive any updates.
